Peacock’s new crime thriller series M.I.A. is officially in production in South Florida—and they’re now casting kids, adults, and background talent of all types! 🎬
Produced by Ozark co-creator Bill Dubuque, M.I.A. promises a raw, female-led descent into Miami’s criminal underworld. Set across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Monroe Counties, this gritty, adrenaline-filled drama will dive into revenge, power, and transformation in the Magic City.

With production running now through late summer, Casting Taylor Made (CTM) is looking for local Miami talent to join the set as paid background actors in a variety of exciting roles.

M.I.A. follows Etta “Tiger” Jonze, a woman once loyal to her family’s drug empire—until a brutal tragedy forces her to reinvent herself as one of Miami’s most feared queenpins. With the backdrop of South Florida’s nightlife, crime syndicates, and intense street power struggles, the show channels the dramatic tones of Ozark, Griselda, and Dexter.

The series title, M.I.A., plays on Miami’s airport code and symbolizes Etta’s own disappearance into the criminal underworld—where she builds a new family, a new name, and a new empire.
