NCLH Shows & Experiences, in partnership with Debbie O’Brien Casting, is now inviting performers to request audition appointments for an upcoming London casting—for Burn The Floor on Norwegian Cruise Line.
Multiple contracts are available starting as early as March 2026, and performers may also be invited to callbacks for additional onboard productions during the same audition week.

Burn The Floor is a globally celebrated ballroom and Latin dance theatre phenomenon—known for its high-energy choreography, sizzling stage presence, and Broadway-level performance quality.
This casting is specifically seeking pop/rock vocalists who can deliver principal-level performances while keeping up with the show’s movement demands.
Roles & Requirements
Seeking: Pop/Rock Vocalists (All Ethnicities)
- 🎶 Age Range: 21–45 (must be 18+ to apply)
- 💃 Strong movement ability required
- 🌍 Must be comfortable learning lyrics phonetically in foreign languages
- ⭐ Must perform at a principal level with commanding stage presence
Vocal Types
- 🎙️ Tenors
- Polished but edgy pop/rock/jazz sound
- Wide vocal range + strong presence
- Style references: Harry Connick Jr., Bruno Mars, Ricky Martin
- 🎤 Mezzo-belters
- Pop/rock stylings with a strong belt
- Big personality + ability to own the stage
- Style references: Tina Turner, Beyoncé, J-Lo, Gloria Estefan
Pay & Contract Details
- 💰 Principal Vocalists: Minimum $1,200 USD/week (performance pay)
- 📆 Contracts begin as early as March 2026
