Professional dancers looking for their next opportunity in Philadelphia can now audition for SHARP Dance Company’s 2026–2027 season. The company will hold open auditions this April at Equilibrium Dance Academy, welcoming dancers with strong ballet and modern technique who are ready to perform and tour.
This is a paid opportunity for dancers interested in joining a professional company with potential national and international touring experiences.

Audition Day Schedule
- 🕜 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM: Arrival & sign-in
- 🩰 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM: Company ballet class
- 💃 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM: SHARP repertory session
Callback Information
Selected dancers will be invited to callbacks.

Dancer Qualifications
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- 🩰 Strong foundation in ballet and modern dance techniques
- 🤝 Exceptional partnering skills
- 📅 Availability for daytime rehearsals on Mondays and Wednesdays in Philadelphia
- 🌍 Willingness to travel for national and international tours
- 🛂 Valid U.S. passport or willingness to obtain one
