Wardrobe and Fitting Notes

A tuxedo fitting will be required for some talent, with a $30 fitting bump. Gown fittings may also take place either in person, with a $30 bump, or virtually, with no compensation.

Men who own a tuxedo should mention this in their submission. Talent who provide their own tuxedo may receive a $50 tuxedo bump.

Scene Requirements

Applicants must be able-bodied and comfortable running while wearing formal attire, such as a gown or tuxedo, as this will be required for the scene.

Please note that this casting notice is specifically for the featured museum donor types. Additional roles may also be cast at a separate $100/8 rate.

Pay Rate

💵 Rate: $125 / 8 hours
This equals $15.625 per hour with an 8-hour guarantee, plus time and a half after 8 hours.

Talent must be able to commit to being on set for 12+ hours, even if production does not need everyone for that full amount of time. The final call time will not be available until the afternoon before filming, so applicants must be available regardless of call time.

Important Work Eligibility Information

I-9 verification will be completed on set in accordance with federal law. Selected talent must complete Section 1 of Form I-9 and provide acceptable original I-9 documents. Anyone unable to provide the required documents will not be permitted to work.

The production is unable to sponsor work visas. Applicants holding employer-specific nonimmigrant work visas sponsored by another employer or agent cannot be considered.
