Selected dancers may perform in mainstage productions onboard the Norwegian Getaway, including “Bring Back the 90s,” a lively production inspired by the music, fashion, pop culture, and unforgettable energy of the 1990s.
The show combines dynamic choreography, strong performance presence, multimedia design, and nostalgic entertainment to create an exciting theatrical experience for cruise guests.
In addition to mainstage performances, cast members may also take part in other entertainment offerings onboard, including parties, pop-up events, and special performance moments.

Who They Are Seeking
Norwegian Cruise Line is looking for strong, athletic dancers who can move confidently across different styles and bring both technique and personality to the stage.
Dancers should have strong training in:
- 💃 Commercial jazz
- 🩰 Ballet
- 🎭 Contemporary
- 🎶 Hip-hop
- 👞 Tap is a plus
- 🤸 Tumbling or acro is a plus
The ability to partner, lift, or be lifted is required. Dancers should also be comfortable engaging with an audience and telling a story through movement. Singing is not required.
Dancer Requirements
👥 Age: Must be 18 years or older
🌍 Ethnicities: All ethnicities welcome
Female-identifying dancers:
Height range: 5’2” – 5’9”
Male-identifying dancers:
Height range: 5’8” – 6’3”

Dancers attending the open call should be prepared to learn multiple dance combinations during the audition.

Contract Details
Rehearsals are scheduled to begin on November 9, 2026, with performers expected to board the Norwegian Getaway on or around December 9, 2026.
The contract is expected to last approximately 6–8 months onboard, with the itinerary planned for the Caribbean. All dates are subject to change.
💰 Pay Rate:
Dancers receive $800 per week onboard and $560 per week during rehearsals.
Cast members are provided with a single occupancy cabin onboard, including dancers. Performers will be considered crew members onboard, but will not have cruise staff duties outside of the performance schedule.
Dancers who attend this audition may also be considered for future opportunities with Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
