Who They Are Seeking

Norwegian Cruise Line is seeking strong, athletic dancers with excellent technique, stage presence, and versatility across multiple styles.

Dancers should have strong training in:

💃 Commercial jazz
🩰 Ballet
🎭 Contemporary
🕺 Hip-hop
👞 Tap is a plus

Performers must be able to move confidently from style to style, engage with an audience, and tell a story through movement.

Partnering skills are required, including the ability to lift or be lifted. Tumbling and acro skills are also a plus. Singing is not required.

Dancer Requirements

Applicants must be 18 years or older to apply.

Casting is open to:

✅ Female-identifying dancers, height 5’2” to 5’9”
✅ Male-identifying dancers, height 5’8” to 6’3”
✅ All ethnicities

Dancers who audition will also be considered for upcoming opportunities with Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, in addition to the Norwegian Getaway.

Contract Details

Selected dancers will join the cast for a cruise ship performance contract.

Contract information includes:

🚢 Board the Norwegian Getaway: On or around December 9, 2026
⏳ Contract length: Approximately 6 to 8 months onboard
🌴 Itinerary: Caribbean

Compensation and Onboard Details

This is a paid opportunity.

Pay includes:

💵 $800 per week onboard
💵 $560 per week during rehearsals

In addition to mainstage performances, cast members may also participate in or cover other entertainment offerings such as parties and pop-up events.

All cast members will be considered crew members onboard. Dancers are provided with a single-occupancy cabin and will not have cruise staff duties outside of the performance schedule.
