NBC’s Chicago P.D. is currently in production in the Chicagoland area, and casting is now collecting submissions for Episode 14003. The production is seeking local background actors for general roles, as well as specific character types that may be featured in upcoming scenes.
This opportunity is open to people who live within approximately two hours of Chicago, Illinois. Travel costs are not being paid, so applicants must be local or able to work as local hires.

General background roles are open to any gender, any ethnicity, ages 9 and older, within the Chicagoland area.
Pay Rates
💵 General Background Rate: $136.40 for up to 8 hours
⏱️ Overtime: Time and a half after 8 hours
🚗 Vehicle Bump: Additional $35 if booked with your vehicle to be parked on set
👧 Minor Rate, ages 6–15: $160 for up to 8 hours
🧑 Teens 16 and older: Adult general background rate
The general background rate is a flat rate for any time worked up to 8 hours, not an hourly rate.
Availability Needed
Casting is collecting availability for dates between:

Filming takes place Monday through Friday only. The production does not film on weekends.
Call times may vary, including early morning starts or late-night shoots wrapping after 1:00 AM. A typical filming day may last 8 to 12 hours, so applicants should only list dates when they are fully available without time restrictions.
