NCLH Holding NYC Singer Auditions for Burn The Floor Cruise Shows

NCLH Shows & Experiences is now accepting vocalist appointment requests for upcoming live auditions in New York City. The auditions are for Burn The Floor and related cruise line stage productions presented by Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings.

The live audition will take place in New York City on September 22, 2026, and attendance is by appointment only. Singers must be available to audition in person on that date. Applicants must also be at least 18 years old to apply, while the current casting breakdown is seeking performers ages 21 to 45 for specific vocalist roles.

Selected principal vocalists will perform in two Burn The Floor mainstage shows, Bossa Nova Beat and Red, White & British, as well as a Broadway Cabaret. These productions require strong vocal ability, stage confidence, musical versatility, and movement skills. A valid passport is also required.

Roles Currently Casting

🎤 Pop Tenors

NCLH is seeking male-presenting pop tenors, ages 21 to 45, of all ethnicities. Performers should be between 5’9” and 6’2” in height.

Ideal candidates should have a polished but edgy pop, rock, and jazz vocal style with a wide vocal range. The role requires a strong leading-man presence and the ability to move confidently on stage. Performers must also be able to phonetically learn foreign language lyrics.

Reference styles include Harry Connick Jr., Bruno Mars, and Ricky Martin.

🎶 Mezzo Belters

The casting team is also seeking mezzo belters, ages 21 to 45, of all ethnicities. Performers should be between 5’4” and 5’9” in height.

Candidates should be polished, edgy pop and rock singers with a strong high belt and a dynamic personality. A commanding stage presence is essential, along with strong movement quality and the ability to fully own the stage during live performances.

Reference styles include Tina Turner, Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez, and Gloria Estefan.
