Professional singers and dancers looking for an opportunity to perform at sea can attend an upcoming Norwegian Cruise Line open audition in Orlando, Florida.
Casting directors are seeking versatile performers for upcoming professional productions aboard cruise ships. The Orlando audition will take place on October 11, 2026, at Exchange Dance and will include separate calls for dancers and vocalists.
This is an open call, meaning no advance registration is required. Performers will be seen in the order they arrive.

Dancer Open Call
The production team is searching for strong, athletic dancers who can perform confidently across multiple styles.
Production Dancers – All Ethnicities
Female-identifying dancers should be approximately 5’3″–5’9″, while male-identifying dancers should be approximately 5’9″–6’2″.
Performers should have solid technique in:
- 💃 Commercial jazz
- 🩰 Ballet
- 🎭 Contemporary
- 🎵 Hip-hop
- 👞 Tap is considered a plus
Dancers should be prepared to learn and perform multiple combinations during the audition. Female-identifying performers should bring both flats and heels.
Singer/Dancers
The casting team is also considering performers who combine strong dance ability with professional-level vocals.
Female-identifying singer/dancers: 5’3″–5’8″
Male-identifying singer/dancers: 5’9″–6’2″
Candidates should be comfortable singing harmonies as well as handling featured solo material.
Singer/dancers must first complete the production dancer audition. Performers who successfully reach the end of the dance call may receive instructions to submit a vocal callback self-tape.
Vocalist Open Call
Vocalists can attend the separate open call beginning with sign-in at 12:30 PM.
Tenor / Bari-Tenor Vocalists
The production is seeking performers in their 20s–30s, approximately 5’8″–6’2″, with performers of all ethnicities encouraged to audition.
Ideal candidates should have strong pop/rock, R&B, and Motown vocal styles.
Musical references include artists such as Bruno Mars, Elton John, Maroon 5, Rascal Flatts, and Stevie Wonder.
Vocalists should also move well, and some performers may be asked to stay for a dance portion.
Mezzo / Belter Vocalists
Female-identifying mezzo/belter vocalists in their 20s–30s, approximately 5’3″–5’9″, are also being sought.
Performers should be versatile singers with a powerful belt extending up to F5.
Vocal references include Aretha Franklin, Tina Turner, Carrie Underwood, Adele, and Little Mix.
Strong dance ability is required. Selected performers may be asked to participate in a dance call wearing form-fitting dancewear and heels.
What to Prepare
Performers attending the vocalist call should prepare two songs from the official audition song list.
