An exciting opportunity is available for talented singers and musicians in the United Kingdom! Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings is seeking male-identifying vocalists and singer-musicians for the internationally acclaimed stage production The Choir of Man.
Auditions will take place in London from November 2–6, 2026, with successful performers being considered for paid cruise ship contracts beginning in early to mid-2027.
Selected cast members will receive a performance salary of $1,200 USD per week, with contracts lasting approximately six to eight months aboard Norwegian Cruise Line ships.

The Choir of Man is an Olivier Award-nominated musical production that combines powerful live vocals, close harmonies, instrumental performances, comedy, and heartfelt storytelling.
Set inside a lively onstage pub, the show features nine talented male performers who bring together music, friendship, and audience interaction in an unforgettable theatrical experience.

Available Roles
Casting directors are seeking skilled performers with strong vocal abilities, excellent musicality, and the confidence to entertain live audiences.
1. THE ROMANTIC – High Tenor
A passionate and expressive performer with powerful vocals capable of handling both emotional ballads and energetic rock anthems. Strong high-range singing is essential. Basic rhythm guitar skills are preferred but not required.
2. THE JOKER – High Tenor
An energetic comedic personality with a strong pop-rock voice. Applicants must have intermediate piano skills and be able to play or learn guitar, banjo, and ukulele.
3. THE HARD MAN – Tenor
A tough-looking character with a sensitive side. Requires a strong rock/pop lead voice, controlled falsetto, and basic piano abilities or willingness to learn.
4. THE BARMAN – Tenor
A charismatic entertainer who serves as the heart of the show’s pub setting. Strong vocals, comedic timing, audience interaction, and improvisational confidence are important.
5. THE MAESTRO – Tenor / Pianist
An exceptional pianist with outstanding technical skills and musical versatility. Classical or jazz training is preferred, along with strong singing ability and music-reading skills.
6. THE POET – Baritone
A warm, witty, and relatable storyteller who guides the audience throughout the performance. Requires an expressive baritone voice and strong communication skills. Intermediate piano abilities are preferred.
7. THE HANDYMAN – Baritone / Tap Dancer
A talented tap dancer with excellent rhythm, improvisational tap skills, and a strong ensemble singing voice. Must be willing to learn basic trumpet.
8. THE BEAST – Low Baritone / Guitarist
A commanding yet gentle personality with soulful, blues-influenced vocals. Outstanding acoustic guitar skills are required, including fingerpicking, improvisation, and confident ensemble accompaniment.
9. THE BORE – Bass
A performer with a rich, resonant bass voice and strong musical presence. Basic piano skills, excellent rhythmic coordination, and the ability to play or learn ukulele are desirable.
General Audition Requirements
The production welcomes applications from male-identifying performers of all ethnicities, backgrounds, body types, and sizes.
Applicants Must:
