The hit NBC medical drama “Chicago Med” is gearing up for its 2026 season, and casting directors are currently seeking local background actors to appear in upcoming episodes.

Filming is taking place in and around the Chicagoland area, and all roles listed are paid, non-speaking background roles.

💵 Pay Rate – General Background

$132.80 / 8 hours (flat rate for up to 8 hours)
⏱️ Time-and-a-half after 8 hours
🚗 Vehicle bump: Additional $35 if booked with your vehicle to be parked on set
