Casting Call for 2026 Season of “Chicago Med”

NBC’s hit medical drama “Chicago Med” is back in production and currently casting paid background actors for upcoming episodes filming in the Chicagoland area.

The long-running series, which premiered in 2015, continues production for its newest season — and casting directors are now collecting submissions for Episode 11019.

⚠️ This opportunity is for local hires only. Applicants must live within 2 hours of Chicago, as no travel expenses are provided.

💵 Pay Rate

$132.80 / 8 hours (flat rate)
⏱ Time and a half after 8 hours
🚗 +$35 bump if your vehicle is booked to park on set
- ❌ No red or white vehicles

Filming takes place Monday–Friday only.
Call times are typically early morning, and filming days usually last 8–12 hours.
