Casting Real Boxers in NYC for Feature Film I Play Rocky

A new Amazon MGM feature film, I Play Rocky, is now in production — and real boxers in the NYC/NJ area are being cast to appear on screen.

This biographical drama tells the behind-the-scenes story of the making of Rocky (1976). Directed by Peter Farrelly, the film follows Sylvester Stallone’s underdog journey from struggling actor to iconic star, fighting not only in the ring but also in Hollywood to bring his screenplay to life.
