The Lincoln Theatre Guild is holding open auditions for its upcoming production of “Little Women”, adapted by Kate Hamill. Auditions will take place over two evenings at the Lincoln Cultural Center in Lincolnton, North Carolina.

About the Play
Jo March is anything but a typical Victorian lady—she’s bold, outspoken, and determined to become a great American novelist. Set against the backdrop of the Civil War, Little Women follows Jo and her sisters as they grow from dream-filled girls into women navigating love, loss, ambition, and society’s expectations.
In Kate Hamill’s modern adaptation, this beloved literary classic is refreshed with sharp humor, emotional intelligence, and a strong focus on women who challenge the norms of their time. The result is a powerful, funny, and deeply human story that resonates across generations.
