The upcoming A24 horror series “Mama’s Boy” is now casting paid background actors in New Jersey. This period horror project is set in the 1960s–1970s, requiring authentic looks and vintage style for upscale gala scenes.
Produced by A24 (the studio behind Hereditary, Midsommar, and Talk to Me), Mama’s Boy promises eerie storytelling with a haunting retro atmosphere.

💇 Appearance Requirements
- 🚫 No visible tattoos, piercings, or ear gauges
- 🚫 No wool allergies (wardrobe requirement)
- 💨 Must be comfortable around atmospheric smoke
- 👨 Men: Must be clean-shaven & okay with receiving a 1960s haircut (no modern fades, shaved heads, or neon colors; natural hair only)
- 👩 Women: Shoulder-length natural-colored hair, or willing to cut to length. No neon colors, highlights, braids, undercuts, ombré, or fashion dyes. Natural/gray hair is acceptable.
