Real Families of 4 for Mortgage Commercial – Paid Trip to Detroit

A major mortgage brand is casting a real family of four from anywhere in the U.S. for a fully paid commercial shoot in Detroit, Michigan.

This is a well-paid, all-expenses-covered opportunity with session fees, usage fees, per diem, and paid flights and hotel for the entire family.

Filming will take place between November 30 and December 5, and families must be available for travel during that full window.

Who They’re Casting 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

They’re looking for a REAL family (no assembled “actor family”) with:

• 👩‍🦰 Mom & Dad:
  • Ages 30–50
  • Any ethnicity
• 👧 Daughter:
  • Around 6–7 years old
• 🧒 Older sibling:
  • Slightly older than the daughter
  • 7–11 years old, any gender

All four family members must be related in real life and available to travel together.

Shoot & Travel Details ✈️🏨

• 🎥 Location: Detroit, Michigan
• 🗓️ Shoot window:Nov 30 – Dec 5
  • You must be free to travel and work on any of these days
• 🌎 Casting: Nationwide (across the U.S.)
• 🛫 Flights & accommodations:
  • Fully covered by production
• 🍽️ Per diem:
  • $75 per day
• 💵 Travel / down days:
  • $250 per day when not shooting but still on the trip

Pay & Usage – Breakdown 💰

Session Fees (per shoot day, per person):

• 🎬 Video & photo combined session fee:
  • $500 for up to 8 hours, OR
  • $750 for up to 10 hours, OR
  • $1,000 for up to 12 hours

Usage / Buyout:

• ▶️ Video initial usage fee:
  • $1,500 (if applicable)
• 🔁 Renewal usage fee:
  • $1,500 per season / 6 weeks within 1 year of initial term

Wardrobe & Stills:

• 👕 Wardrobe fitting fee:
  • $50 (up to 2 hours)
• 📸 Print / still image usage (optional):
  • $750 per year (+ agent fee, if applicable)
