- 👤 Male, White
- 🎂 Age: 25–55
- 🗽 Look: NYC / Italian preferred
- 👨🍳 Preferred: Pizzeria cooking experience
- 🖊️ Tattoos: Same policy as above
🍕 Pizzeria Patrons
- 👤 Male & Female, all ethnicities
- 🎂 Age: 18–75
- 🗽 Look: Variety of types; Italian neighborhood vibe
- 🖊️ Tattoos: Same policy as above
🚶 Street Pedestrians
- 👤 Male & Female, all ethnicities
- 🎂 Age: 18–70
- 🌬️ Must be comfortable working outside (it may be cold)
