Tyler Perry’s New Netflix Movie “Tis So Sweet”

A new Tyler Perry project for Netflix, titled “Tis So Sweet,” is now filming in the Atlanta, Georgia area and casting local background talent.

The film stars Taraji P. Henson and is inspired by the true story of Chicago bakery owner Lenore Lindsey, produced under Tyler Perry and DeVon Franklin’s faith-based partnership with Netflix. The story follows a woman whose life is transformed after a powerful discovery forces her to confront her past, heal old wounds, and find new purpose.

Production is currently looking for praise dancers and real musicians to appear as featured background in church scenes. These are paid roles for Atlanta locals only (no travel or lodging provided).
