Vocalist Roles

Norwegian Cruise Line is seeking strong vocal performers in their 20s–30s who can move very well and perform across multiple genres.

🎶 Tenor / Baritenor Vocalists
Height range: 5’8”–6’2”
Open to all ethnicities. Performers should have strong pop, rock, R&B, and Motown sensibility. Suggested performance references include Bruno Mars, Elton John, Maroon 5, Rascal Flatts, and Stevie Wonder.

🎶 Mezzo / Belter Vocalists
Height range: 5’3”–5’9”
Open to all ethnicities. Performers should have a powerful belt, leading-lady presence, and strong pop, rock, contemporary musical theatre, and commercial performance ability. Suggested references include Little Mix, Aretha Franklin, Carrie Underwood, Tina Turner, and Adele.

Vocalists should prepare two songs from the provided audition selections and bring a current headshot and resume. Selected vocalists may be asked to stay for a dance portion, so they should also bring appropriate form-fitting dancewear. Mezzo/belter vocalists should also bring heels if invited to dance.

Production Dancers

💃 Female-identifying dancers: 5’3”–5’9”
🕺 Male-identifying dancers: 5’9”–6’2”
Open to all ethnicities.

The casting team is looking for strong, athletic dancers with excellent technique, style, and the ability to transition between genres. Training in commercial jazz, ballet, contemporary, and hip-hop is strongly preferred. Tap experience is a plus.

Female-identifying performers should be prepared to dance in both heels and flats. All dancers should be ready to learn multiple combinations during the audition.

Singer-Dancers

Norwegian Cruise Line is also seeking singer-dancers in their 20s–30s who are confident dancers and capable vocalists. Performers should be able to sing harmonies, handle featured moments, and deliver breakout solos with confidence.

Singer-dancers must first complete the Production Dancer call. Those who advance to the end of the dance call may receive self-tape callback instructions with vocal materials from the casting team.
