M.I.A. is a gritty, female-led crime drama from Ozark co-creator Bill Dubuque. Set across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Monroe counties, the series follows Etta “Tiger” Jonze, a woman seeking vengeance after her entire drug-running family is murdered before her eyes.
Through her rise to power, Etta transforms into Miami’s most feared Queenpin, redefining family and power while descending deep into the underworld. The title M.I.A. not only references Miami’s airport code—it also reflects her vanishing from her former life, as she becomes fully immersed in crime.
