👥 Who They’re Looking For

The casting team is looking for tons of background actors, including:

Must have a look appropriate to the late 1800s – early 1900s
Pennsylvania locals only
Open to first-timers—no acting experience needed

💰 Compensation

$225/day for up to 12 hours (with overtime after 12 hours)
$50/2 hours for a mandatory costume fitting & hair/makeup consultation
Minors will have shorter work hours per labor laws

🎭 Key Appearance Notes

Natural hair colors only (no pinks, purples, etc.)
Shoulder-length hair or longer preferred
No modern beauty treatments (false lashes, acrylic nails, etc.)
Must be OK wearing corsets and layered period clothing

No shaved heads—must be willing to grow hair, sideburns, and facial hair to fit the time period

📋 Other Important Info

Some filming locations may be up to 1 hour from Pittsburgh—must provide your own transportation 🚗
Shooting will happen both indoors and outdoors 🌳
No filming on weekends
All minors (17 and under) must be accompanied by a guardian (18+) on set
Be prepared for 12–14 hour shoot days (adults only)
