A new pilot project titled “Saltwater” is now casting extras for its first day of filming in Kure Beach, North Carolina. TW Cast & Recruit is looking for several background roles for Friday, July 31, including beachgoers, club servers, a snack bar manager, and teen extras.
This is a great opportunity for local talent who are comfortable working on a beach setting and available for a potentially long filming day. Applicants should carefully review each role’s requirements before submitting through CASTGEN.

🏖️ Fun Active Adults
Location: Kure Beach, NC
The production is seeking athletic men and women, all ethnicities, in their 30s to 50s. Applicants should be comfortable wearing a swimsuit for beach scenes.
Pay: $96 / 8 hours
🍹 Capri Club Beach Servers
Location: Kure Beach, NC
Casting is open for men and women, all ethnicities, ages 18 to early 30s. Applicants should have no visible tattoos when wearing short sleeves and shorts. Previous server experience is not required, but it may be a plus.

🍟 Capri Club Snack Bar Manager
Location: Kure Beach, NC
The production is looking for a male or female applicant, age 18+, for the snack bar manager role. Applicants must have no visible tattoos when wearing short sleeves and shorts.

🌊 Beach Teens
Location: Kure Beach, NC
Casting is open for teen boys and girls, ages 14 to 18. Applicants should be comfortable wearing a swimsuit while filming on the beach.

Important Filming Details
Applicants should note that exact call times, filming locations, and wardrobe instructions are typically sent the day before filming. Call times may be as early as 5:00 AM or later in the evening, and filming days may last 12 hours or more. Please only submit if you are fully available and prepared for a long production day.
All selected talent must also complete required I-9 verification on set in accordance with federal law. Talent must complete Section 1 of Form I-9 and bring acceptable original I-9 documents. Anyone who cannot provide the required documentation will not be allowed to work.
The production is unable to sponsor work visas. Individuals with employer-specific nonimmigrant work visas sponsored by another employer or agent cannot be considered.
This casting call is ideal for local North Carolina talent who fit the listed roles and are ready for a full day of beachside filming on the “Saltwater” pilot.
