A public service organization showcase is now casting a Black female performer for a paid lead talent role in the Atlanta, Georgia area.
This is a non-union opportunity for a confident performer who is comfortable presenting a meaningful 5–10 minute performance centered on social action and social justice.
The project will take place in the Atlanta area, including possible locations such as Marietta, Roswell, or Cobb County. Talent must be local to the Atlanta area, as travel, transportation, and accommodations will not be provided.

Role: Female Performer — Lead
Casting directors are seeking a Black female performer for a lead role.
Seeking:
🎤 Female performer
🎤 Black / African American talent
🎤 Age range: 18–75
🎤 Confident and expressive performers
🎤 Talent with a connection to community
🎤 Someone passionate about social action or social justice
The selected performer should be comfortable delivering a 5–10 minute performance with a strong message and emotional impact.
About the Performance
The event will feature an artist showcase that may include singers, dancers, musicians, actors, or other performers. The public service organization is looking for a performance connected to social action, which means taking meaningful steps to help create change in society.
The performance may be:
✅ A monologue
✅ An excerpt from a play
✅ A scene from a movie
✅ A spoken word piece
✅ A musical or movement-based performance
✅ Another meaningful piece with a call to social justice
A strong performance piece centered around voting rights would be especially fitting for this project.
Video Audition Required
All roles will be selected by the client through a video audition process.
