Casting Call for 2026 Season of “Chicago Med”

NBC’s Chicago-set shows are back in production, and “Chicago Med” is currently casting paid background actors (extras) who are local to the Chicagoland area. This casting is specifically for background work, with a few director-selected roles also listed below.

⚠️ Important: This episode continues directly from a prior episode and is described as a low-numbers episode for new faces. Some continuity background is already needed, but there are still select hallway and O.R. scenes that may require new extras—so don’t hesitate to submit if you fit the requirements.

Pay Rate (General Background)

💵 $132.80 / 8 hours (flat rate up to 8 hours, not hourly)

🚗 +$35 vehicle bump if your car is booked to be parked on set
