A Cuban woman, ages 70–90. This is a large supporting role. The actor must speak fluent, native Spanish with a Cuban dialect.
Gabriela
A Cuban woman in her late 30s. She speaks good Spanish with a Cuban dialect, though it does not need to be perfect as the character is a first-generation speaker. This is also a large supporting role.
Luis
A Latino man, ages 55–75. The character has the feel of a financial advisor with the energetic personality of a motivational speaker.
Dr. Gude
A Cuban Black man, ages 55–75. This role requires a bilingual actor.
Tracy
A Caucasian woman, ages 40–55. The role is described as a medical office type.
Laura
A Latina woman, ages 50–65, who speaks fluent Spanish. The casting team is looking for someone with strong deadpan comedic instincts and natural warmth.
Homicide Detective
