Jenny Alison Casting is now seeking featured background talent for the project Thirstygirl, filming in the Nashville, Tennessee area.

This is a non-union background work opportunity for local hires only. Production is looking for natural, everyday “real people” types to portray attendees at an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting.

Roles Needed

Production is seeking talent ages 25–65 to portray attendees at an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting.

The scene takes place in a small rural town and requires a specific demographic look. Production is currently seeking Caucasian men and women for these featured background roles.

Work Dates

📅 Wednesday, June 3
📅 Friday, June 5
📅 Thursday, June 11

Most roles are expected to work all three dates. Applicants should only submit if they are fully available for June 3, June 5, and June 11.

Availability Requirements

✅ Must be available all 3 filming dates
✅ Must be available regardless of call time
✅ Must be able to commit to 12+ hours on set if needed
✅ Call time will not be available until the afternoon before filming

Pay Rate

💰 $100 for 8 hours
⏱️ 8-hour guarantee
➕ Time and a half after 8 hours

Although production may not need talent for the full 12+ hours, applicants must be prepared and available for a longer filming day.

Important Work Eligibility Note

I-9 verification will be completed on set in accordance with federal law. Talent must complete Section 1 of Form I-9 and provide acceptable original I-9 documents in order to work.
