Roles Being Cast

Mom

The casting team is looking for a Latina or Hispanic woman, age 30 to 50, to portray a caring mother helping her daughter through the exciting milestone of getting her driver’s license.

This role should feel warm, natural, supportive, and relatable.

Daughter

The production is also seeking a Latina or Hispanic woman, age 18 or older, who can portray a 16- to 17-year-old daughter.

The daughter role centers on the experience of getting her first driver’s license alongside her mom, capturing the excitement, nerves, and joy of the moment.

Real Moms and Daughters Encouraged

💙 Real mom-and-daughter pairs are encouraged to submit together, which may bring an authentic connection to the scene.

However, individual applicants are absolutely welcome to apply as well, so talent does not need to submit as part of a pair.

Language Requirement

🗣️ Bilingual Spanish/English talent is preferred.

The role includes only one to two conversational lines in both English and Spanish, so performers should be comfortable with light bilingual dialogue.
