NBC’s hit drama Chicago Fire is currently in production for its 2026 season, and a new extras casting opportunity is open for a featured non-speaking role.
The long-running series follows the brave firefighters, rescue squad, and paramedics of Chicago Firehouse 51 as they face dangerous emergencies, life-changing decisions, and the emotional pressure that comes with saving lives. Created by executive producer Dick Wolf, the show continues to highlight the courage, teamwork, and personal bonds formed among everyday heroes.

The production is currently seeking a Latino male to be submitted for a featured firefighter non-speaking extra role on Chicago Fire.

If selected, payment will be sent by check approximately two weeks after filming.
Wardrobe Fitting
There will also be a wardrobe fitting scheduled one or two days before filming. The fitting will take place at Cinespace Studio on the West Side of Chicago and is expected to take two hours or less.
Photos will be submitted to the director for consideration, so applicants should send a recent and clear color photo that accurately shows their current look.
