Netflix’s upcoming series “Talbot Pines” is now filming in Georgia, and new casting notices are out for background actors and stand-ins.
The project, which has also been connected to “Wayward” and was originally developed under the title “Tall Pines,” is described as a dark mystery thriller set in a small town where hidden secrets slowly begin to surface.
At the center of the story is a police officer who relocates to the town with their pregnant wife, only to uncover disturbing truths tied to a facility for troubled teens. What initially appears to be a reform school soon reveals a much darker reality involving manipulation, control, and a community that may be deeply involved in the mystery.
