Norwegian Cruise Line is holding open auditions in Seattle for talented singers, dancers, and singer-dancers who dream of performing around the world aboard luxury cruise ships.

This is a great opportunity for performers with strong stage presence, excellent technique, and the ability to work across multiple musical and dance styles. The auditions are open calls, and no pre-registration is required. Talent will be seen in the order they arrive.

Vocalist Roles

Norwegian Cruise Line is seeking dynamic vocalists who can move well and confidently perform across different music genres.

Tenor / Baritenor Vocalists

Casting male-presenting tenor and baritenor vocalists in their 20s to 30s.

📌 Height: 5’8” to 6’2”
📌 Open to all ethnicities
📌 Must be 18 years or older

Ideal performers should have strong pop, rock, R&B, and Motown sensibility. Vocal and performance references include Bruno Mars, Elton John, Maroon 5, Rascal Flatts, and Stevie Wonder.

Applicants should prepare two songs from the provided tenor/baritone selections and bring a current headshot and resume. Select vocalists may be asked to stay and dance, so performers should also bring form-fitting dancewear for the dance portion if invited.

Mezzo / Belter Vocalists

Casting mezzo and belter vocalists in their 20s to 30s with strong belt ability and leading-lady stage presence.

Performers should be able to move very well and sing across pop, rock, contemporary musical theatre, and related styles. Vocal and performance references include Little Mix, Aretha Franklin, Carrie Underwood, Tina Turner, and Adele.

Applicants should prepare two songs from the provided mezzo/belter selections and bring a current headshot and resume. Select vocalists may be asked to stay and dance, so bring form-fitting dancewear and heels for the dance segment if invited.

Production Dancers

Norwegian Cruise Line is also casting strong, athletic production dancers with excellent technique, versatility, and stage energy.

📌 Male-identifying dancers: 5’9” to 6’2”

📌 Must be 18 years or older

Dancers should have strong training in commercial jazz, ballet, contemporary, and hip-hop. Tap is a plus. Female-identifying performers should be prepared to dance in both heels and flats. All dancers should be ready to learn multiple combinations during the audition.

Singer-Dancers

Casting singer-dancers in their 20s to 30s who are exceptional dancers and can also sing harmonies, breakout solos, and featured vocal moments with confidence.

Singer-dancers must first successfully complete the Production Dancer call. Performers who make it to the end of the dance call will receive self-tape callback instructions from the Casting Team, along with vocal materials.
