Talented singers and dancers in the Tampa area have an exciting opportunity to take their careers to sea in 2026. Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings is holding open auditions for performers interested in joining world-class entertainment teams aboard Oceania Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

Known for delivering high-quality productions at sea, these cruise brands are searching for dynamic performers who can bring energy, versatility, and stage presence to international audiences.

Roles Being Cast

Vocalists

Tenor / Baritenor Vocalists

Performers in their 20s–30s, height range 5’8”–6’2”, all ethnicities.

The casting team is looking for strong bari-tenor and tenor vocalists who can move confidently across multiple musical styles. Ideal performers should have excellent pop, rock, R&B, and Motown sensibilities, with the ability to move very well on stage.

Vocal and performance references include Bruno Mars, Elton John, Maroon 5, Rascal Flatts, and Stevie Wonder.

✅ Requirements:
✨ Must be 18 years or older
✨ Prepare two songs from the provided Tenor/Baritenor selections
✨ Bring a current headshot and resume
✨ Selected vocalists may be asked to stay for a dance segment
✨ Bring form-fitting dancewear in case you are invited to dance

Mezzo / Belter Vocalists

Performers in their 20s–30s, height range 5’3”–5’9”, all ethnicities.

These roles are ideal for showstopping performers with a strong leading-lady presence. The casting team is looking for mezzos with a powerful belt, strong pop, rock, and contemporary musical theatre ability, and a belt up to F5.

Vocal and performance references include Little Mix, Aretha Franklin, Carrie Underwood, Tina Turner, and Adele.

✨ Prepare two songs from the provided Mezzo/Belter selections
✨ Bring a current headshot and resume
✨ Selected vocalists may be asked to stay for a dance segment
✨ Bring form-fitting dancewear and heels if invited to dance

Production Dancers

The casting team is seeking strong, athletic dancers of all ethnicities who can perform with technique, finesse, and versatility.

Height ranges:
✨ Female-identifying dancers: 5’3”–5’9”
✨ Male-identifying dancers: 5’9”–6’2”

Ideal dancers should have strong training in commercial jazz, ballet, contemporary, and hip-hop. Tap experience is a plus.

Female-identifying performers should be prepared to dance in both heels and flats. All dancers should be ready to learn multiple combinations during the audition.

Singer / Dancers

Singer/dancers should be exceptional movers with the ability to sing harmonies, breakout solos, and featured vocal moments with confidence.

Height ranges:
✨ Female-identifying performers: 5’3”–5’9”
✨ Male-identifying performers: 5’9”–6’2”

Age range: 20s–30s
All ethnicities are encouraged to attend.

Performers must successfully complete the Production Dancer call. Those who make it to the end of the dance audition may receive self-tape callback instructions from the casting team, including vocal materials.
