Who They Are Seeking
Norwegian Cruise Line is looking for dancers who are confident moving across different styles and can perform with both power and precision.
🎭 Female-Identifying Dancers: 5’2”–5’9”
🎭 Male-Identifying Dancers: 5’8”–6’3”
🌎 Ethnicities: All ethnicities welcome
📌 Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older
Ideal performers should have strong training in commercial jazz, ballet, contemporary, and hip-hop. Tap is a plus, and tumbling or acro skills are also welcomed.
Dancers must be able to partner, lift, or be lifted. Strong audience engagement and storytelling ability are also important. Singing is not required.

Contract Details
Rehearsals are currently scheduled to begin on November 9, 2026. Cast members are expected to board the Norwegian Getaway on or around December 9, 2026.
The contract is expected to run approximately 6–8 months onboard, with a Caribbean itinerary. All dates are subject to change.
Pay Details:
💰 Dancers: $800/week onboard
💰 Rehearsals: $560/week
In addition to mainstage performances, cast members may also participate in or cover other entertainment offerings, such as parties and pop-up events. All cast members, including dancers, are provided with a single-occupancy cabin onboard.
Dancers will be crew members onboard, but they will not have cruise staff duties outside of the performance schedule.
Those who audition may also be considered for future opportunities with Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
