NYC Marathon Route Small Businesses Wanted for Paid Campaign

Small business owners located along the TCS New York City Marathon route have a chance to be featured in an upcoming campaign for a financial services company.

GENUINE is currently searching for businesses with storefronts located directly along the marathon course or within one block of the route. Selected businesses will receive $5,000 in compensation and be featured as part of the campaign.

The casting team is especially interested in businesses with a strong neighborhood story, including new shops experiencing the NYC Marathon for the first time and businesses undergoing a change in ownership or management.

Other product or service businesses serving runners, spectators, or the surrounding neighborhood

Both product-based and service-based businesses may be considered.

The casting team is particularly interested in hearing from:

Businesses that are new to the neighborhood and will experience the Marathon for the first time
New owners who recently took over an existing business
Family members taking over a family business
New managers operating a business during the Marathon for the first time
Businesses with an interesting connection to their local community

If your business has a story behind it, this campaign could be an opportunity to share it with a wider audience.

💰 Compensation and Filming Details

Businesses selected for the final project will receive:

Compensation: $5,000
Campaign: Financial services company
Filming Period: Non-consecutive dates between October 20 and November 1
Required Availability: The business must be available for filming on Marathon Day, November 1

Because filming will take place around the NYC Marathon, businesses should make sure they can accommodate production during the required dates before applying.
