The Chicago Bulls are officially holding open auditions for talented dancers to join the Luvabulls, the team’s iconic professional dance squad.

With more than 40 years of history, the Luvabulls have become a celebrated part of Chicago Bulls basketball and an unforgettable presence in the City of Chicago. The team is looking for confident, athletic, and versatile dancers who can represent the Chicago Bulls with professionalism, energy, and team spirit.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced performers who are ready to dance on an NBA stage and become ambassadors for one of the league’s most recognized franchises. 🏀

Open Call Audition

The open call audition will give dancers the chance to showcase their skills and be considered for advancement to the semifinal round.

✨ Doors Open: 30 minutes prior to the audition

Selected candidates from the open call will be invited to continue to the semifinal audition round.

Semifinal Round

Dancers who are selected from the open call audition will move on to the semifinal round.

Semifinal Schedule:

✅ Friday, May 29: 6:30 PM – 10:00 PM CST
✅ Saturday, May 30: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM CST
✅ Saturday Round Includes: Interview and camera round
✅ Doors Open: 30 minutes prior to each session
✅ Location: To be announced, Chicago area

The semifinal round is not open to the public. Only dancers selected from the open call auditions will be invited to participate.

Candidates should be available for both semifinal dates and prepared to learn additional choreography, perform in small groups, take photos, and complete an interview. Selected semifinalists will advance to the final audition.

Final Audition

The final audition will take place for candidates who successfully advance from semifinals.

Final Audition Details:

🌟 Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
🌟 Doors Open: One hour prior to finals
🌟 Location: To be announced

Finalists will be asked to perform:

💃 A 1-minute solo in a dance style of their choice
💃 Open call choreography
💃 Semifinal choreography
💃 Freestyle performance

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for the Chicago Luvabulls, applicants must meet the following requirements:

⭐ Be at least 18 years old by May 16, 2026
⭐ Have reliable transportation
⭐ Possess a valid U.S. Driver’s License or State ID
⭐ Have a flexible schedule for games, rehearsals, and appearances
⭐ Reside in or be willing to commute to the Chicago area if selected
⭐ Commit to a one-year contract if chosen for the team
⭐ Agree to follow all rules and guidelines outlined in the employee handbook
⭐ Understand that this is a paid part-time position
⭐ Be an experienced and versatile dancer
⭐ Be a Chicago Bulls fan
⭐ Be athletically fit and able to perform high-energy routines and elite skills

Team members are paid for rehearsals, game days, appearances, photoshoots, meetings, and other required work.
