Norwegian Cruise Line is holding open auditions in Minneapolis, Minnesota for talented singers, dancers, and singer-dancers interested in performing aboard cruise ships.

Vocalists

Tenor / Baritenor Vocalists

Norwegian Cruise Line is seeking tenor and baritenor vocalists in their 20s to 30s, approximately 5’8” to 6’2”, of all ethnicities.

Ideal performers should be dynamic, confident, and able to move smoothly between musical genres. Strong pop/rock, R&B, and Motown sensibilities are important. Performers must also move very well.

Applicants should prepare two songs from the provided audition selections and bring a current headshot and resume. Select vocalists may be asked to stay and dance, so performers should bring form-fitting dancewear for the dance portion if invited.

Mezzo / Belter Vocalists

Norwegian Cruise Line is also seeking mezzo/belter vocalists in their 20s to 30s, approximately 5’3” to 5’9”, of all ethnicities.

These roles are for showstopping performers with strong leading-lady presence, excellent genre versatility, and strong pop/rock/contemporary musical theatre ability. A strong belt up to F5 is required, and performers must move very well.

Production Dancers

Norwegian Cruise Line is seeking strong, athletic dancers of all ethnicities.

Height ranges:

💃 Female-identifying dancers: 5’3” to 5’9”
🕺 Male-identifying dancers: 5’9” to 6’2”

Ideal dancers should have strong technique, finesse, and the ability to move confidently between styles. Training in commercial jazz, ballet, contemporary, and hip-hop is highly valued. Tap experience is a plus.

Female-identifying performers should be prepared to dance in both heels and flats. All dancers should be ready to learn multiple combinations during the audition.

Singer / Dancers

Singer/dancers should be exceptionally talented dancers with the ability to sing harmonies, breakout solos, and featured vocal moments with confidence.

Norwegian Cruise Line is seeking singer/dancers in their 20s to 30s, of all ethnicities.

Height ranges:

🕺 Male-identifying performers: 5’9” to 6’2”

Singer/dancers must successfully complete the Production Dancer call. Performers who make it to the end of the dance call may receive self-tape callback instructions with vocal materials from the casting team.
