👥 Who They’re Casting
The production is seeking a large group of background actors to portray a warm, vibrant community gathering.
Background Roles
- 👨👩👧👦 Liberian, West African, Black/African-American individuals
- 🎂 Ages: 18+
- 🧑🤝🧑 Types: Family members and friends at a lively home celebration
Featured Background Role
- 👔 1 Featured Male (30s)
- Attractive, clean-cut
- The type of man “a mother would want their daughter to marry”
- Will still be part of the family/friends environment

🏠 Scene Description
The scene centers on a modern Liberian household with American influence, filled with:
- 🏡 A family celebration flowing through the living room, kitchen, family room, and backyard
- 😂 Loud laughs, familiar energy, and community warmth
- 🎉 Cultural touches, modern vibes, and a relaxed, joyful atmosphere
The goal is to capture the real feel of a Liberian/West African gathering — not something that looks like a costume, but natural and lived-in.
👗 Wardrobe Guidelines (Very Important)
➡️ All background actors MUST bring and wear their own wardrobe.
➡️ If you do not have these looks, please do not apply.
➡️ If you do, you should submit photos in these outfits.
The team is prioritizing people who already own authentic, appropriate clothing and can arrive camera-ready.
