Stand-In Casting Call for Feature Film “The Colonel”

A new stand-in casting opportunity is now open for the feature film “The Colonel” filming in the Fredericksburg, Texas area. Production is currently seeking a male utility stand-in who is available for multiple filming dates from late June through July.

This opportunity is for Fredericksburg, TX area local hires only. Transportation and accommodation will not be provided. Talent may live outside the immediate area, but must be able to self-drive to Fredericksburg and surrounding rural areas without requiring travel compensation or a flight.

Filming Dates

Filming is expected to take place Monday through Friday, and selected talent will likely work every day during the booking period.

Applicants must have full day and evening availability. Exact call and wrap times are not available yet, so talent should be prepared for a flexible schedule depending on production needs.

Pay Rate

💰 Rate: $175 for up to 12 hours

Talent will be paid for the full day even if wrapped earlier than 12 hours. Overtime will be paid at time and a half after 12 hours, if applicable.

Previous stand-in experience is preferred, but it is not required. Production may consider applicants without stand-in experience if they have previous on-set experience or can confirm they are good listeners, follow directions well, and are comfortable working in a professional film set environment.
