🎭 About The Grand Delusion – Synopsis
The Grand Delusion is a modern-day musical fantasy set across New York City, India, and a magical world where anything is possible.
The story follows two best friends, Ben and Nanda, who fall passionately in love with the same woman, Maya. Their complicated love triangle unfolds through fantasy, romance, and imaginative theatrical storytelling.
Featuring music by Academy Award-winning composer Elliot Goldenthal, the production combines hip-hop, Bollywood, African rhythms, and contemporary dance.

💃 Who Are They Looking For?
The production seeks dynamic, technically skilled dancers with strong individuality, rhythm, creativity, and theatrical presence.
Preferred Movement Backgrounds:
- ✅ Hip-hop and street dance
- Bollywood and South Asian dance influences
- African-inspired rhythms
- Contemporary dance
- Club and experimental movement styles
Dancers of South Asian descent are especially encouraged to apply, although submissions are welcomed from performers of all backgrounds.
Applicants do not need to master every dance style.
Singing is a plus but NOT required!
