CVS Health is now casting real CVS customers from across the United States for a new testimonial campaign.
This opportunity is open to everyday people who have had a meaningful experience with CVS Health services. No acting experience is required, and this casting is specifically looking for real customers, not professional actors.
Selected participants will be compensated for sharing their personal stories on camera.
About the Campaign
CVS Health, in partnership with Edelman, is looking for real people who can share how CVS services have played an important, emotional, or memorable role in their health journey.
The testimonial videos are expected to feature authentic stories from customers across the country, highlighting how CVS Health services have supported people during important moments in their lives.

Who They Are Looking For
Casting directors are seeking CVS customers who have used or benefited from services such as:
✅ CVS Pharmacy
Customers who regularly fill prescriptions, receive pharmacy support, or rely on medication services.
✅ MinuteClinic
People who have visited MinuteClinic for healthcare needs, preventive screenings, mental health services, women’s health services, or other care.
✅ CVS Specialty Pharmacy
Customers who have used specialty pharmacy services during an important health journey.
✅ Signify Health
Individuals who have received support or care through Signify Health services.
✅ CVS Retail Customers
People who regularly shop at CVS and feel the brand has had a positive impact on their lives.
Ideal Stories
CVS is interested in hearing from people who can answer “yes” to questions like:
📌 Has CVS had a significant, positive impact on your health or life?
📌 Do you regularly visit CVS Pharmacy, MinuteClinic, Specialty Pharmacy, or CVS Retail?
📌 Have you benefited from pharmacy deliveries, preventive screenings, mental health services, women’s health services, or other CVS health programs?
📌 Do you have a personal story about how CVS helped you during your health journey?
These stories may include experiences from college students, caregivers, cancer survivors, patients managing specialty care, or customers who simply love and trust CVS.
Filming Details
Selected candidates will participate in a filmed interview scheduled for late May or early June.
During the interview, participants will share how CVS has been part of their life and health journey. The final videos will feature real stories from real customers across different communities.
Compensation
All selected participants will be paid for taking part in the testimonial campaign.
