Knoxville Actors Wanted for True Crime Recreation Series

A true crime recreation series is now casting paid non-union roles in the Knoxville, Tennessee area. The project is connected to a Snapped spin-off titled Killer Moms, episode 108.

This production is a true crime recreation series with no scripted audio, meaning actors will help visually recreate scenes rather than perform dialogue-heavy scripted material. Local Knoxville-area talent is encouraged to apply.

Available Roles

🔹 Deputy Yeatman
Casting a White male, age 30s to 40s, average build, with brown hair and a goatee or short beard.
Filming is expected Wednesday at 3:30 PM and Thursday at 12:30 PM.
Rate: $150 per day

🔹 Nurse
Casting a female performer for one scene.
Filming is expected Thursday at 12:30 PM.
Rate: $75 per day

🔹 Child #1
Casting a White female child, age 8 to 11, with brown hair.

🔹 Child #2
Casting a White male child, age 7 to 9, with brown hair.

Both child roles are needed Wednesday at 3:30 PM. Siblings are preferred, but not required. The scene will show the children sitting on the floor while watching a shadowy figure walk in and close a door behind her.
Rate: $75 per day, per child

🔹 David – Mom’s Ex-Husband / Victim
Casting a White male, age 40s to 50s, with dark hair. A mustache is preferred but not required. This role includes one scene where the character is “shot” in a recreation sequence.
Rate: $135 per day
