A new casting opportunity is now open for the upcoming Netflix scripted comedy series Free Bert, starring and co-created by comedian Bert Kreischer.
The six-episode comedy follows Bert as a fictionalized version of himself. Known for his wild personality and famously shirtless stage presence, Bert finds himself facing a new challenge when his daughters enroll in an elite Beverly Hills private school. After his over-the-top behavior turns his family into social outcasts, Bert decides it may finally be time to “put on a shirt” — both literally and figuratively — and try to tone down his true self.
Production is currently seeking non-union background talent to work as local hires in the Atlanta, Georgia area. All roles are paid.

Applicants must have flexible full-day and evening availability, as exact call and wrap times have not yet been announced. A fitting may also be required on a date to be determined.
Pay Rates
💵 Fitting: $43.75 for up to 2 hours, with overtime after 2 hours
💵 Filming: $175 for up to 12 hours guaranteed
💵 Overtime applies if filming goes beyond 12 hours
Talent should plan for a full 12-hour day, even if the actual workday ends earlier.

Who Can Apply?
Applicants must be able to work as Atlanta-area local hires. You may live outside Georgia, but you must be within reasonable self-driving distance to the Atlanta area and surrounding rural areas. Production will not provide travel, flights, lodging, or transportation.
