Netflix’s scripted comedy series Free Bert, starring and co-created by comedian Bert Kreischer, is preparing for its second season and will once again film in the Atlanta, Georgia area.
The series stars Kreischer as a fictionalized version of himself. Known for his bold personality and famously shirtless stand-up persona, Bert finds himself trying to adjust when his daughters enroll in an elite Beverly Hills private school. As his unpredictable behavior causes problems for his family’s social life, Bert attempts to fit in by toning himself down — both literally and figuratively.
Season 2 of Free Bert is expected to begin filming in the Atlanta area around June 29, 2026, with production scheduled to run through July 31, 2026.

On Location Casting is currently preparing for Season 2 and will be looking for both returning background talent from Season 1 and new faces for upcoming scenes.
Production is seeking non-union talent who can work as local hires in the Atlanta, GA area. Transportation and lodging will not be provided, so applicants must be able to work locally.
💰 Pay Rate
Selected background talent will be paid:
✅ $150 for up to 12 hours
✅ Overtime may apply when applicable
Applicants should have flexible, full-day availability, as exact call times have not yet been released.
