Dancers in Dallas, Texas have an exciting opportunity to audition for Norwegian Cruise Line. The cruise line is holding an open dancer call for performers interested in joining mainstage productions onboard the Norwegian Getaway, including the high-energy show Bring Back the 90s.

This production celebrates the music, fashion, pop culture, and unforgettable moments of the 1990s through dance, vocals, and multimedia design. Performers selected for the contract will help bring this nostalgic theatrical experience to life for audiences sailing through the Caribbean.

Norwegian Cruise Line will hold open dancer auditions in Dallas on August 12, 2026. No pre-registration is required, and talent will be seen in the order they arrive.

Who They Are Seeking

The casting team is looking for strong, athletic dancers with solid technique, performance quality, and the ability to move confidently between styles.

Dancers should have training or experience in:

Contemporary
Hip-hop
Tap is a plus
Tumbling or acro is a plus

Partnering skills are important for this opportunity. Dancers must be able to partner, lift, or be lifted as needed. Performers should also be comfortable engaging with an audience and telling a story through movement.

Singing is not required.

Height and Age Requirements

All ethnicities are welcome to audition.

Female-identifying dancers: 5’2” – 5’9”
Male-identifying dancers: 5’8” – 6’3”
Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older

Contract Details

Selected performers will be considered for the Norwegian Getaway contract, as well as future opportunities with Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

Rehearsals Begin: November 9, 2026
Boarding Date: On or around December 9, 2026
Contract Length: Approximately 6–8 months onboard
Itinerary: Caribbean
Onboard Pay: $800 per week
Rehearsal Pay: $560 per week

All dates are subject to change.

In addition to mainstage performances, cast members may also participate in or cover other entertainment offerings, such as parties and pop-up events. Dancers will be provided with a single-occupancy cabin onboard. Cast members will be considered crew members but will not have cruise staff duties outside their performance schedule.
